Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Vaultline", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Vaultline, operating from 92 Sathorn Road, Thung Maha Mek, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.

• "Services" — the educational workshops, facilitated sessions, and membership programme offered by Vaultline, as described on the Website.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual accessing the Website or participating in a Service.
• "Content" — all text, materials, templates, checklists, guides, and resources made available through our Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By accessing our Website or registering for any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Vaultline provides general education and document-organisation workshops in Bangkok, Thailand. Our three current offerings are:

• Document Sorting Workshop (฿3,500 per person): a group session focused on practical sorting and labelling of personal records. Strictly organisational and educational in nature.
• Family Wishes Conversation (฿10,500 per family session): a facilitated session supporting open family discussion of intentions and keepsakes, focused on communication rather than legal or financial decisions.
• Ordered Records Membership (฿31,500 per year): a membership providing ongoing templates, checklists, community sessions, and downloadable resources on a rolling basis.

All Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with reasonable notice. Our Services are delivered in Thailand and are primarily intended for residents of Thailand.

When using our Website or participating in our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or registering for sessions.
• Use our Website and Content only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes.
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect during group sessions.
• Refrain from reproducing, distributing, or adapting our Content without prior written consent.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of our Website or systems.
• Not misrepresent our Services, or claim that our educational content constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.

All Content on our Website — including text, workshop materials, templates, checklists, guides, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Vaultline and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services you have enrolled in. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our express written permission.

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required to confirm your place at a workshop or to activate a membership.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations received more than 7 days before a scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop date may be offered a credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
• Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the membership period, except where required by law.
• If Vaultline cancels or significantly modifies a session, a full refund will be offered.

Registration for a workshop or membership confirms your place and your acceptance of these Terms. Additional session-specific information (venue, timing, materials list) will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Vaultline reserves the right to limit group sizes to maintain the quality of facilitated sessions. Where demand exceeds capacity, a waiting list may be offered.

All sessions are educational in nature. No individual advice of any kind — including legal, financial, or professional advice — is given during or following any session. Facilitators are educators, not licensed practitioners in any regulated profession.

Our Website and Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and our sessions well-facilitated, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information on the Website.
• The fitness of our educational Content for any particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our Website.

Nothing on our Website, and nothing communicated during any workshop or session, constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You should always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Vaultline's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Website or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Vaultline may suspend or terminate your access to any Service if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive conduct, or provide false information. In such cases, no refund will be due unless required by law.

You may terminate a membership by giving written notice before your next renewal date. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of our Website or Services shall first be addressed through informal discussion. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

• Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaultline regarding your use of our Website and Services.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business reorganisation or transfer.
