We are a Bangkok-based education organisation focused entirely on one thing: helping people sort, organise, and document their personal records in a calm, structured way.

Our Story

Founded on a Simple Observation

Vaultline was established in Bangkok in 2019 by a small team who kept encountering the same pattern among families they knew: important documents were scattered, intentions were unspoken, and the people left to sort things out after a difficult life event had no map to follow.

The founding team — educators and records specialists — designed a set of workshop formats that took the stress out of document organisation and gave families a neutral, structured space to have conversations they had been putting off. The approach was deliberately simple: teach sorting, provide tools, and create a room where things could be said plainly.

Today Vaultline runs sessions from its Sathorn office in Bangkok, serving local and expatriate families alike. Every workshop remains educational only — we do not give individual advice of any kind. We are not lawyers, financial advisers, or healthcare professionals. We are organisers and educators, and we do that one thing as well as we can.

What Guides Us

Our Mission and Values

Education First

Everything we do is educational. Our role is to share knowledge, provide frameworks, and help families build skills — not to advise, diagnose, or recommend specific actions.

Respect for Every Family

Families come to us at different stages and with different needs. We design our sessions to be welcoming to all — without judgement, without pressure, and without assumption.

Practical Over Abstract

We focus on things you can do and tools you can use. Every workshop produces something tangible — a sorted folder, a completed checklist, a shared understanding — that participants take away.

How We Work

Our Standards and Approach

We hold ourselves to clear standards in how we run sessions, handle information, and engage with participants.

Strictly Non-Advisory

No facilitator at Vaultline provides individual legal, financial, tax, or health guidance. This boundary is upheld in every session and every communication.

Participant Privacy

Session content stays within the room. We do not retain personal documents, share participant details, or reference individual cases in any materials.

Trained Facilitators

All facilitators complete internal preparation and peer review before leading sessions. We update materials when general educational standards evolve.

Data Handling

Participant contact details are stored securely, used only for booking and membership administration, and are never sold or shared with outside parties.

Continuously Improved Materials

Workshop templates, sorting guides, and conversation prompts are reviewed at least twice a year. Members always have access to the most current versions.

Accessible Sessions

We keep group sizes small, provide printed and digital materials, and adapt session pacing to suit participants. We aim to make our workshops accessible to as many families as possible.

Records Organisation as a Family Practice

Most families accumulate documents over decades — contracts, certificates, correspondence, and records of all kinds — without ever building a system for where things live or what they mean. When a family member becomes unavailable to explain the filing system, those who remain are left to work it out from scratch, often at exactly the moment when they have least time and energy to do so.

Vaultline's workshops address this gap as a practical education matter. Document sorting is a learnable skill. Conversation about personal intentions is a trainable practice. Neither requires specialist knowledge or professional credentials — they require a clear framework, some dedicated time, and a space where the topic can be raised without awkwardness.

Our work draws on principles from records management, adult learning, and structured dialogue. We do not invent new approaches; we adapt well-established methods to the personal and domestic context, making them usable by families without any professional background.

Based in Sathorn, Bangkok, we serve a wide range of families — Thai nationals, long-term expatriate residents, and mixed-background households. The practical focus of our sessions translates across cultural contexts, though we always take care to shape our examples and materials around the document types and family structures most common in Thailand.
